C A K E S
· All of our cakes are made to perfection using the highest quality and organic ingredients. Layered cakes can be made with three or four layers, according to each specific order.
· We recommend placing your cake orders early and up to 3 days in advance as our baking schedule may fill up prior to weekends and holidays.

MOIST YELLOW
A classic vanilla butter cake. Very moist and versatile that pairs well with several of our signature buttercreams, fruit fillings and/or seasonal organic fruit.

CHOCOLATE
The most delicious and decadent chocolate cake! Pairs well with fresh seasonal raspberries and strawberries along with our signature chocolate or vanilla buttercreams. Also, very delicious with our velvety italian buttercreams that will simply melt in your mouth.

RED VELVET
A classic deep red cake made with cocoa to perfection. Filled and topped with our classic cream cheese icing.

CARROT CAKE
A perfectly spiced moist cake made with organic carrots, raisins and can be made with or without nuts. Filled and topped with our classic cream cheese icing.

COCONUT CAKE SUPREME
The most delicious classic coconut cake! Filled with vanilla buttercream or our proprietary lemon-curd and topped with vanilla buttercream with generous heapings of coconut flakes

BANANA FOSTER
A very moist cake made with delicious organic bananas. Best paired with our classic cream cheese icing and drizzles upon drizzles of warm caramel.

BRAZILIAN POUND CAKE
This perfectly delicious cake is flavored with a hint of pineapple and other organic deliciousness.
This unique recipe was gifted to me by my sweet friend Berril, an AMAZING Brazilian woman in NYC, to kick off my little tiny cake business. It was written in Portuguese and needed to be translated but I still have the original hand written recipe!
